Windows 10: Need help, clock watchdog timeout constant

Hello, I'm in need of t=some help here, I keep getting a BSOD with clock watchdog timeout code, it's not a hardware problem because I have checked it all so I'm thinking it's a windows problem, can someone please tell me if they know what's causing it & help me fix it permanently please? I really appreciate any help

Found my fix:<br>
1. Downloaded a current (April 2018) ISO of Windows 10 64-bit from Microsoft

1. Downgraded product from "Enterprise" to "Pro"
   
2. HIGHLY LIKELY issue with UPDATES for Spectre and Meltdown
   

Windows now works!! those new updates are not installed yet (unless they are part of the new ISO i used.)

CLOCK WATCHDOG TIMEOUT

I was opening Fox fire when my screen and it went blue with clock watchdog timeout error. I can not shut down computer or do anything. It has been stuck on error screen for a hour. Help.
