Windows 10: Need help downgrading back from version 2004 to 1909 windows 10

I'm currently not enjoying the experience I've had so far on version 2004 and I'm looking to downgrade back to 1909 but the problem is that it's been more than 30 days since I installed 2004. I read that a clean install would wipe my hard drive. Is there a way to go back to 1909 and still keep all the data on my hard drive, and apps & settings too? Thanks.

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Known and Resolved issues for Windows 10 May 2020 Update version 2004

Good day all. I upgraded to version 2004 on my Dell Optiplex 7050 Windows 10 Pro using Media Creation Tool. Installation went smoothly... except MS Outlook would for some reason not remember and kept asking for my mail password after each restart or boot up. This address is a not an Outlook/Hotmail/Gmail one, but a co.za one. I was online with MS help… the end result was that they suggested a fresh install... I’m now back to version 1909.. Installed MS 365 again.. and now no problem with Outlook. WU have now offered me version 2004.. but I’m very reluctant to do so. Any suggestions? Thank you
