Windows 10: Need help fixing error 0x80248014 and error of not being able to connect to update service.

I have not bought windows yet and have just used a copy from a USB and I have recently been having issue with downloading games on the Xbox app so I uninstalled it to try and restart it. when I went to reinstall it I was met with the error message 0x80248014. I then went online and saw that I might need to update windows so I tried that and I got this message from the windows update: We couldn't connect to the update service. We'll try again later, or you can check now. If it still doesn't work, make sure you're connected to the Internet.After that i went to Chatgpt and more self help article

4. If Service status is set to Stopped, click Start, and then click OK.

5. Right-click Background Intelligent Transfer Service, and then click Properties.

6. In the Startup type list, click Manual, and then click Apply.

7. If Service status is set to Stopped, click Start, and then click OK.

when the Microsoft Update is the source selected to download and the computer has not been configured to opt-in to Microsoft Update. We suggest to manually reset the Windows Updates Components, restart the computer
and start the download.

  Press Windows Key + X on the keyboard and then select
  Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.

  Stop the BITS, Cryptographic, MSI Installer and the Windows Update Services. To do this, type the following commands at the Command Prompt. Press the
  ENTER key after you type each command:
  

net stop wuauserv

net stop cryptSvc

net stop bits

net stop msiserver

  Then, rename the SoftwareDistribution and Catroot2 folder. You can do this by typing the following commands in the Command Prompt. Press the
