    Need help fixing my laptop


    I have a windows 8 Toshiba laptop I haven’t used in years. I haven’t been able to use it because it always says “ Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart. We're just collecting some error info, and then we'll restart for-you.” they it go to auto repair and it’s just a constant loop.

    does that laptop have two GPU's?

    I was going to suggest external monitor, but you seem to have done that already
