Need Help Getting Update KB4528760 Off My PC

Update KB4528760 has been trying to install on my PC since January I believe. Each time it does, it completey messes up my PC. When it installs, my PC takes forever to load, Chrome completely stops working and my desktop locks up. Normally I pause the updates for as long as possible. Once the 30 days runs out, it installs the update. Once this happens, I go into Uninstall Updates and just remove it. Today it forced it's way onto my PC as usual but this time, I do not have the option to uninstall it. Is there another way to get this update off my PC? I see a ton of people having issues with Windows 10 updates and I'm with them when I say it's extremely frustrating to constantly have to deal with this. I hate MAC, but I'm seriously considering jumping ship. I had zero issues With Windows 7 but 10 is just a mess. Can anyone help me?

    :)
