    Would really appreciate help for finding out the cause of bluescreen:

    My process:

    1 followed instructions in the link below on using driver verifier to crash checked all drivers except the ones from Microsoft:

    2Crashed twice immediately while booting


    3Rebooted with BIOS repair


    4 followed the instruction in the link below to find and upload mini dump and MSinfo32 files;

    • What is the make and model of the computer?
    • What is the version of Windows 10 installed on the computer?
    • Did you reinstall the update and the application after resetting the computer to factory settings?


    We need crash dumps in order to know what is causing this issue and suggest the appropriate steps to follow.
