Windows 10: Need help regarding printer program and I want to rewrite the program from print dialog box

1. Is it possible to edit print dialog box backend functions?

2. I want to add a additional program after editing print dialog functions. Can anyone help me regarding this to develop the program how to develop it ?

Printer icons in print dialog boxes

After I upgraded my HP LaserJet printer two icons for the printer now appear in the print dialog boxes-a new one and an old one. Of course, you can’t print to the old one, but some of my programs default to the old one HP informs me this is a Windows 10
issue since the printer performs well.

When I check Printing Preferences for the printer, two printers appear in the drop down menu: the old one and the new one. Print Server Property lists only one driver.

How can I remove all instances of the old printer from print dialog boxes?

 

No printer dialog box

I am in a file folder and highlighting the files I want to print then clicking the print button. It immediately goes to print. No dialog box, just a box showing it is printing to the printer.

 

How to uninstall corrupt program (print master)

I have done this many times, when I click uninstall it runs the graff, then asks
do you want to completely uninstall this program. I click yes, I get a box

with a small % sign that does nothing.

In the list of programs, print master is the only program with a small red box

under it.
