    Need help removing Mcafee or whatever it's called


    As the title suggests, i just need a way to remove the darn software off my computer. Whenever I open my computer, connect to the internet or just randomly, it'll start updating itself saying "it'll take roughly 20 minutes". Thing is that it doesn't download for shit! I idle for 20ish minutes and it doesn't even finish or even look like it updates. I can't do my class work, game or relax without a notification popping up. As well if it slows down my computer, I'm unsure if it does but if it's trying to download something, i can only assume it does.
