Windows 10: Need Help Resetting PC using Only Keyboard While Screen is Completely Black

I recently encountered a problem with my PC, and I'm hoping to get some assistance from this community.By mistake, I deleted a significant number of programs and files on my PC. As a result, my computer froze, and I had to force shut it down by holding down the power button. Upon restarting, my screen remains completely black, despite hearing the familiar startup sounds through my speakers. After hearing the startup sound, I attempt to enter my login password without visual confirmation, presuming that I've reached the desktop. Then, I try to naviga

I suggest you to follow the steps provided below and check if it helps.

• On a working PC, go to the Microsoft software download website
  and create Windows 10 installation media.
• Insert the installation media you created, and then restart your PC.
• On the Install Windows screen, select Repair your computer.
• On the Choose an option screen, select Troubleshoot. From there, you can use Safe Mode. Select
  Advanced Options >Reset This PC>Keep my Files.
• After the reset is complete, check for status.

Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it
