Windows 10: need help to login in my laptop

hi I met a problem, my laptop got system upgrade yesterday automatically, then I can not login my laptop since it asked me to use my hotmail account to login, this hotmail I have not use it for long time, I totally forgot the password, I request for resetting the password, but I can not remember a lot of info about that account. I do not know why after upgrade I am forced to use this account to login my laptop, I can not login my laptop now, how can I do? Please help, thanks

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.
