Windows 10: Need help with code 31 after recent Windows update.

Hello, I have an error code 31 coming up indicating that Windows cannot load drivers for the Intel 8260 Dual Band network adapter after an update today to the most recent Windows 10 version. I have tried reinstalling drivers, the network troubleshooter, reset network adapter, reinstalling legacy hardware manually and downloading and installing the latest driver package from the Dell website which is supposed to help resolve this issue. I am out of ideas and would love not having to load a fresh version of Windows 10 on my machine if at all possible. Can anyone help?

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
