Windows 10: need help with error 0x800f081f

hello, i'd like to ask for help with windows problem. its not causing any blue screen, crashes or any instability on my system other than not being able to update my windows but its kinda scaring me because sfc /scannow and dism tool can't seem to fix it. i've tried everything that's suggested online to fix this problem but to no avail, i cant seem to fix it on my own. dism checkhealth and scanhealth outputs that it is repairable but restorehealth can't seem to do it. and now here i am in need of help, if anyone would ask, i think what caused this was my overclock failing, i was trying to lower my vcore last week and i got a no memory execute blue screen., after that i did a cmos reset and bumped my vcore abit and now my system is all stable but a few of my mp3 files are scrambled, corrupted which are all located on a different drive from my system drive. also, after that blue screen my computer was still able to boot but i was asked to do a chkdsk, turns out a few windows files were corrupted and was fixed via chkdsk but some of them remained corrupted which are as follows:

I have followed the instructions below until i get to set 2. and it is just jargon to me... what does mount the iso image that's created in step 1?

Is there a simple youtube video i can just follow?

To fix the error codes for Windows 10, follow these steps:

1. Download the Windows Media Creation tool, and create an ISO image locally, or create an image for the version of Windows that you have installed.
2. Configure the Group Policy as in Method 2, but also follow these steps:
   1. Mount the ISO image that's created in step 1.
   2. Point the "Alternate source file path" to the ISO sources\sxs folder from the ISO.
   3. Run the gpupdate /force command.
   4. Add the .Net framework feature.
