Windows 10: need help with identifying BSOD/ what to do to fix it.

I am having repeated BSOD in the last few days. I've wrote down some of the codes when they popped up.One was i believe related to a driver DGMM2Latest was this i thinkbelow also had the message for NVLDDMKM.sysBSOD didn't last long enough for me to write it downThe computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000007e 0xffffffff80000003, 0xfffff80095744d88, 0xffff9582e6fb0428, 0xffff9582e6fafc60. A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: edf

Check Disk by following these steps:

• Type cmd in the search bar.
• Right-click on the Command Prompt, then Run as administrator.
  
• Type chkdsk x: /r, the /r command will fix errors found on the disk.
