Need help with Miracast / connecting to a wireless display

Hi, ive been able to connect to my phillips smart tv for couple of times vis miracast. i did that by pressing "windows key + P" and pressing connect to a wireless display. next sub window would open and automatically scan for devices. it would find it instantly and it would work just fine. but something happened and now when i press "connect to a wireless display" my pc is not scanning for devices and its not giving me the option to start the scan manually. it does gives me the option to manually write in my device name, but its not finding anything when i do so. can anyone please help me out?

    thnx everyone in advance

    :)
