Windows 10: Need Help With Windows 10 Licensing

Hi I am a small computer repair shop and I often get many older computers in pretty good condition.

For example: I got an older computer with just a Windows XP Home OEM Sticker on it, what if I do the following:

1- Make a clean install of Windows 10 Home without using a product key then sell it with a disclaimer that says that windows 10 is not activated.
2- Make a clean install of Windows 10 Home using a generic product key then sell it with a disclaimer that says that windows 10 is not activated.
3- Make a clean install of Windows XP Home using the product key on the Windows XP Home OEM Sticker then sell it with a disclaimer to warn the buyer that Windows XP no longer gets security updates from Microsoft.
4- Make a clean install of Linux Mint 20.1 XFCE then sell it.
5- Make a clean install of Windows 10 Home using the product key on a Windows 7 Home OEM Sticker I took from another dead computer.

2nd example: I got an older computer with just a Windows 7 Home OEM Sticker on it, what if I do the following:
6- Make a clean install of Windows 10 Home using the product key on the Windows 7 Home OEM Sticker then sell it.

I just want to make sure that what I do is legal. Thanks!

Windows 10 upgrade license

Hello guys,

I have 1 license of WIndows 8.1 FPP/retail license. I want to upgrade to WIndows 10, but I one thing is unclear to me.
If I upgrade, will WIndows 10 license be retail or it will "turn" into some sort of OEM license?

I ask this because I upgrade my PC, you know, more memory, replace HDD, and I intend to upgrade the MB and CPU to Kaby Lake platform sometime in the future, (and of course sell the replaced hardware)
This thing is not clearly mentioned anywhere.

Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
