    Need help with windows 10 System Reserved Partition


    How did you get only a 39mb system reserved partition? The default size for 7 was 100mb which was still too small and caused backup issues, 8 had a 350mb SR and the default size for 10 is now 500mb.
    Even on 7 mine is set at 450mb but I keep some recovery tools on there.
    I used minitool partition pro version to extend mine. It works well.
    I would create a full system image before tampering with partitions though.

    Agree with John, if you don't want to resize then using EasyBCD to move the boot files is a lot easier.
    You can follow that guide and once the pc has rebooted you can then delete the System Reserved partition.

    This is a family members computer and Thats how it came with 39 mb reserved partition.
