Windows 10: Need help with windows reinstall crashing error

I was having issues with my laptop and had to perform a reset. My PC crashed while windows was installing. Now I get a message that says the computer unexpectedly crashed and to press ok to restart and install windows. However, when I press OK I keep getting the same message. Anything I can do? Please without having to go to the shops to get it fixed by paying

Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?

 

Blue screen crashes after reinstalling Windows 10

I reinstalled Windows 10 because the Windows Updates kept failing and it would not recognize a USB device. After reinstallation, Windows Updates complete successfully and the USB device is recognized. But the computer is now crashing frequently all with different errors. Chrome is also crashing frequently with a memory error.

I have the dump files available to upload.

Troubleshooting steps taken so far:

• Memtest found no errors
  
• Turned on Driver Verifier
