Windows 10: Need suppport to upgrade .net framework to V 4.7.2

Dear Support Team,

I recently purchased a HP CPU with a configuration of
I3-7100 CPU @ 3.90 GHz, 4GB RAM, 64 bit OS with activated Windows 10 Pro
My product ID is 00331-10000-00001-AA850, MS Windows Version is 1511 (OS Build 10586.1176).
I want to install a instrument (Quality control) software in that PC but that works on .net framework 4.7.2.Without .net framework 4.7.2 I cannot able to install the software.
Here my problem is since OS version is 1511 I cannot able to upgrade .net framework to 4.7.2.
I checked for windows update and done all the updates. But still I am not able to upgrade .net framework to 4.7.2. After windows update still OS version is 1511.
Please help to upgrade the .net framework to 4.7.2.

Kindly advice.

Welcome to Microsoft Community.

I suggest you to un-check and recheck .Net framework 3.5 and .Net framework 4.6 advance series from Windows features.

Try the following steps:

• Press Windows + R keys to open Run command.
• Type Appwiz.cpl and select "turn Windows feature on or off" from the left
• Uncheck .Net framework 3.5 and .Net framework 4.6 advance series.
• Restart the computer
• Repeat step 1 and 2 and check .Net framework 3.5 and .Net framework 4.6 advance series.
• Restart the computer.

Method 1:

For uninstalling a program, follow the steps below:

Step 1: Open run command by pressing
Windows key + R.

Step 2: Type
appwiz.cpl. You can see a list of programs installed in your PC.

Step 3: Click on the program you want to install. Uninstall option will get highlighted.

Step 4: Click Uninstall to uninstall the program.



Method 2:

To Turn Windows feature on/off, follow the steps below:

For uninstalling a program, follow the steps below.

Step 1: Open run command by pressing
Windows key + R.

Step 2: Type
appwiz.cpl. On the left side panel select Turn Windows feature on or off
option.

Step 3: In the appeared window, check the option
.net framework. It will now appear in the Programs and features
page

Step 4: Click on
.net framework and uninstall.

Microsoft .NET Framework, Unhandled exception

no, problem is still actual for me.

have MSI Notebook, problem is

System.MissingFieldException: Field not found: 'WPFOSD.GraphicsSwitchWnd.VGAType'.

at MSI.SCM.SCMII.WMIEventMath(Int32 WMIEvent), after i make something by S-BAR buttons like adding volume or something like that.
