Windows 10: Need to buy new windows 10 as my old product activation key is going to expire.

My old windows 10 pro product key is going to expire. So, i have to buy a new product key/new windows 10 pro. So, i want have a doubt about how i get the new one and from where i should buy it.

Windows 10 expiring activation problem

I have a pop up message appearing on the screen saying the licence will expire 15 August, need to activate Windows in Settings. Contact admin to get product key.
When I go to Settings it says Windows is activated and Product ID as well as Product Key is listed.
I have tried all suggestions from the Microsoft forum to no avail.
I am now wondering if the technician who installed Windows 10Pro, installed the wrong programme.
I believe that the previous Windows in the laptop was Windows 8.1 home.
Could this be the problem.

windows 10 product key expires issue.

HI. i had a problem with my free windows 10 set up, my PC told me my licence is going to expire soon. i went online to buy a windows 10 home set up and downloaded it , after doing so my PC was still saying my product key was expiring soon. and the product
key i just bought will not work or activate in the activation settings.
