    Hello

I am facing a strange issue. I am connected to internet through modem provided by my ISP. And sometimes my cats unplug it from electricity, so simple plugging it back should fix everything. But whenever all the modem lights are lit, the network access is not regained automatically by windows.
On windows 7 and 8.1 I used to use the troubleshooting option, and that usually fixed the issue by "reseting the configuration of your ethernet card adapter" or w/e was the exact name of this procedure. But on Win10 troubleshooting doesnt work, it only informs me that one or more network protocols are missing, when mouse over it i get the info that the win sockets registry are missing. Only rebooting PC helps, its not a big thing, but sometimes it is very inconvenient.

    :)

  3. Need to reboot every time I lose wifi connection

When I lose wifi, I can see the network (and can connect with other devices), but when I try to connect on my pc, it will not work. I have tried turning off/on wifi, but that doesn't do it either. I don't want to have to reenter the code each time, but
is there a fix so that I don't have to reboot every time this happens?

    Thanks in advance,

    Jeff
