Windows 10: need to take off "quik mail link" to my personal, (and private) email, on a shared computer.

yes, my husband has some how been able to get into my email, (or link it somehow), to be able to have a mail link directly to my email (on our shared computer.) how can i take that off, and regain my privacy?, (and keep that from happening again.?)

Sharing private album

I created new album - private one, and I would like to share it with one person only. I sent invitation message to this person and after clicking on link - Login and Password was required.

Does it mean that to share with someone means to make it "public" or I can share even private albums?

 

OneDrive - shared link - one is required to create an account first?

I don't share files often, or better, I hardly share files.

Now I shared a video.
Uploaded the video to OneDrive, right-click share, created a link, and sent it by mail to the person I wanted to share the file with (having a Gmail account)

That person tried to open the link and reported back that he should first create an account.

Huh..?

Did I overlook a step somewhere?

Cannot access shared network drive


Personally, I wouldnt use Everyone. If anyone hacks into you, they have full access to everything and can demolish everything on your raid. I would rather set up accounts and access separately for each person. That way, I know who did all that damage. In the end with a little extra work, I feel more secure by using Authenticated Users.

step 1 create non-microsoft account and without email and address without admin rights
step 2 share a drive or folder to specific user account (if Everyone is listed, remove it)
step 3 set security > add Authenticated Users (if more than 1 account) or add specific users
step 3a remove Everyone from list
step 3b uncheck full control and write for all items listed except SYSTEM and Admin account.
step 4 right click Start > Computer Management > System Tools > Shared Folders > Shares ... to verify settings and change anything else. You can also see the number of connections to each share here.
