Windows 10: Need Win 11 Mouse With Double-Click Scroll Wheel Option

Can anyone suggest a Windows 11 compatible USB mouse that has the option of the scroll wheel also being used as a "double-click"? Being elderly, with tremors, I need this function. It also has a side button with an "escape" option which is very handy. Running the latest Win 11 Home Edition on a new Acer Aspire XC-1760 i5 desktop, I am still using my very old Microsoft IntelliMouse USB Optical which is not supported by Win 11. Windows 10 mouse scroll wheel issue

• On the left pane, click on Mouse & touchpad.
• Select Additional mouse options.
• Go to the Wheel tab to adjust the scroll speed of your mouse wheel.

Win 10 Wireless Optical Mouse 3000 wheel button double click

I would like my wheel button to issue a double click when pressed. This option doesn't appear in the Win 10 wireless mouse options. HELP!
