.NET Apps stop working after installation of KB4569745

    Greetings,
My event viewer Windows Application log has several entries like this, all with a faulting module of clr.dll:

Faulting application name: powershell.exe, version: 10.0.19041.1, time stamp: 0x30f12f73
Faulting module name: clr.dll, version: 4.8.4200.0, time stamp: 0x5ee03350
    Exception code: 0xc0000005
    Fault offset: 0x004fb86c
    Faulting process id: 0x51f0
    Faulting application start time: 0x01d671fb01c2ad7b
    Faulting application path: C:\Windows\SysWOW64\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\powershell.exe
    Faulting module path: C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\clr.dll

Lots of programs have stopped working Quickbooks, Grammarly Add-in for Office, Gigabyte Mobo Utilities. Uninstalling KB4569745 removes the problems/errors. Everything else on the computer seems to be running fine.

    Anybody experiencing anything similar?

    :)
