Windows 10: . NET FRAMEWORK 4.5.2 PROBLEM....

I have a Garmin Express application for Windows 10 x64, which requires the .Net Framework 4.5.2, this Garmin Express program includes the .Net framework 4.5.2 and everything is fully installed successfully. The problem is that when I start the Garmin express.exe application, an error message appears''This Application requires a version of Framework 4.5.2'' and Windows asks if I should click to go to the.NET FRAMEWORK page to install the latest version of.Net Framework 4.8. What I did, I installed version 4.8 and rebooted my laptop. I started my Garmin Express version 6.17 application and still get the same error message, as the program requires the Net framework 4.5.2. So I tried to install the version of Net Framework 4.5.2 but Windows appears with a message that even though my system has a more recent version of .Net Framework. I contacted Garmin and the support told me to uninstall the Garmin Express program and reinstall, but still the same problem. I tried the tool that Microsoft.NET Framework Repair Tool, but without results. Still the same problem. In the Program and Function option in the settings, I clicked on the Windows On/Off functions to go checked on the Net Framework options, but even with an update and restart, I still have the same problem. So I contacted Garmin and they told me that the problem is on the Windows side.... So if you have an idea to solve my Framework problem is very appreciate

To assist you better, share the information.
1. How did you uninstall the Microsoft .NET Framework 4?
2. From where are you trying to download the Microsoft .NET Framework 4?

Meanwhile, I suggest you to follow the below steps.
1. Press Windows + X, and select programs and features.

2. In the Programs and Features window, click Turn Windows features on or off.

3. Under Windows Features dialog, uncheck .NET Framework 4 and click Ok
when if prompt confirmation.

4. Reboot your PC.

5. Once you reach desktop screen, reopen the Windows Features dialog, and this time
enable the .NET Framework 4 checkbox, and click Ok.

Welcome to Microsoft Community.

I suggest you to un-check and recheck .Net framework 3.5 and .Net framework 4.6 advance series from Windows features.

Try the following steps:

• Press Windows + R keys to open Run command.
• Type Appwiz.cpl and select "turn Windows feature on or off" from the left
• Uncheck .Net framework 3.5 and .Net framework 4.6 advance series.
• Restart the computer
• Repeat step 1 and 2 and check .Net framework 3.5 and .Net framework 4.6 advance series.
• Restart the computer.

no, problem is still actual for me.

have MSI Notebook, problem is

System.MissingFieldException: Field not found: 'WPFOSD.GraphicsSwitchWnd.VGAType'.

at MSI.SCM.SCMII.WMIEventMath(Int32 WMIEvent), after i make something by S-BAR buttons like adding volume or something like that.
