Network adapter not being read after accidentally formatting C drive

So I tried to downgrade my windows 10 20H2 to 1909 via usb drive. I got lots of errors and eventually got a virus making me want to downgrade. So I resetted my computer and booted it from USB. When I got the chance to view my drivers, I chose to format my C drive thinking it would remove the virus. Everything works fine, im on windows 1909, and everything seems to be running perfectly until I try to access the internet. My computer can't find the network adapter no matter what I try. I reset my computer a few times and that didn't work either. It's prompting me to plug in an ethernet cord whenever I go into the wifi settings, when I don't use ethernet. Any solutions?

    :)

How To Format A Write Protected Flash Memory ?

    ¿You already tried this one?...

    Run CMD

    1. diskpart
    2. list disk

Then in the 3º step, put the correct number of disk in the list for the usb flash (if it's listed in disk 3, then you'll have to write select disk 3).

    2. select disk #
    3. clean
    4. create partition primary
    5. select partition 1
    6. active
    7. format fs=fat32
    8. assign
    9. exit

with that commands you will format the flash drive in fat32, if you have a large drive you can select also "format fs=ntfs" in step 7.

    good luck!

    Issues with network adapters

    Hi Alfonso,

To resolve this issue, we suggest that you run the Network troubleshooter when you switch from WiFi to Ethernet connection. The Network troubleshooter can help diagnose and fix common connection problems including clearing the network cache to obtain a new
IP from the new network. Kindly follow the steps below:

    • In the search box on the taskbar, type Identify and repair network problems, and then select
Identify and repair network problems from the list of results.
    • Follow the steps in the troubleshooter and see if that fixes the problem.

If the issue persists, kindly try the troubleshooting steps on the following link:

Fix network connection issues in Windows 10
    .

We recommend that you try the steps on the Update the network adapter driver,
Run the Network troubleshooter followed by networking commands, and Use network reset to reinstall network devices sections.

Let us know how it goes for us to assist you further.
