Windows 10: Network adapter turns off after i restart pc.

I have this problem 4 days and i dont know how to slove it..i try to use diffrent version of windows,i install all updates also i update my bios but nothing help me...only solution i have is that i need to turn off my pc and turn on again in result to my internet adapter start to blink...sorry for bad english xD

You may try these steps and check the status:

  Run the Network Troubleshooter and restart the computer to check if this helps.

  Further you may also check for Windows Updates with a wired net connection and check for updated drivers for the network adapter.
  

You will be able to solve some problems by running a troubleshooter that will automatically fix some common issues with Windows Update.

Open the Network troubleshooter by following these steps:

  Press Windows key + X and click on
  Control Panel.

  Click on Troubleshooting and click on
  View All.
  

Click on “Network Adapter” troubleshooter to fix problems with
Network Adapter. Follow the on-screen directions to run this troubleshooter and restart the computer to check if this helps.

Install a driver for your network adapter

Go to the list of network adapters in the control panel, turn of the lan and turn it on again. See if that helps.

Let's work on this together. Have you restarted your device since then? This should reinstall the network adapters automatically. If it didn't, let's perform the Network reset.
It removes any network adapters you have installed and the settings for them. After your PC restarts, any network adapters are reinstalled, and the settings for them are set to the defaults.
Follow these steps:

• Go to Settings > Network & Internet >
  Status > Network reset.
• On the Network reset screen, select Reset now > Yes.
• Wait for your PC to restart and see if that fixes the problem.
