  1. Network and Internet menu crashes

The Network and Internet menu crashes whenever clicked on from Settings > Network and Internet. Also I am unable to connect to the internet via Ethernet. The network cable shows signs of connection on the actual motherboard with a flashing orange light however there is no internet access. I have access from other pcs and mobile devices to the internet so I have ruled out any issues with my router. Also the icon on the bottom right has also disappeared and I am unable to turn it back on.

    :)
