Windows 10: Network Blocked Or something

When i try updating my pc i get the messages "Windows couldn't connect you to the update service, please try connecting an internet" and i have a full working internet. Alot of websites give me the same message "The connection is reset" and i cant go on the website. I cant download games because it says failed due to network

Block File sharing in Wifi network, Windows 10

As per the description, I understand that you want to block file sharing on your Wi-Fi network. I suggest you to follow the steps provided below and check if it helps.

• Right click on Start and select Control Panel.
• Change the view type to Large Icons.
• Click on Network and Sharing center.
• In the left navigation pane, click on Advanced sharing center.
• In the right pane, under Files and printer sharing, select the option:
  Turn off file and printer sharing.
• Restart the system and check for status.

Delete "hidden network"

Hi,

Deleting or Blocking available networks can only be done using Command Prompt. Follow the steps below:

• Open Command Prompt.
• Type netsh wlan add filter permission=block ssid="WLAN name"
  networtype=infrastructure (Replace WLAN name with "hidden network" or the name of the wireless network you want to block) and press
  Enter.
  
• Close Command Prompt.

To remove/delete the network from the block list. Replace "add" with "delete" on the command in step two.

Another question, is this on a home network or a work network? The steps @eidairaman1 listed are always a good first step. If this is on a work network you manage, I'd be much more concerned than the home one. It is possible someone is screwing with you, but malware could also be the culprit.
