    Network connection dropping with ASUS chip + Atheros L1 Gigabit Ethernet 10/100/1000Base-T...


    ASUS P5K SE board with Atheros L1 Gigabit Ethernet 10/100/1000Base-T Controller running on Windows 10 32bit requiring reset with file transfers. Windows updated the driver to Version 2.4.7.292 and the correct version for Windows 10 32 bit seems to be 2.4.7.29. This is not listed in the Windows Update Catalogue.


    It has been operating fine since installing the second version.

    hey guys

    I have problem in connectivity no internet access I get error in troubleshoot ethernet doesn't have a valid ip configuration and in adapter options its said unidentified network so they are some methods I tried them and they didn't work maybe I do them in

    Default gateway unavailable

    Since installing win 10 I have the following problem

    "default gateway unavailable"

    my ethernet contoroler is Atheros L1 Gigabit Ethernet 10/100/1000Base-T Controller

    I can reset the card and it works for a couple of minutes or hours, then the problem returns

    Any suggestions
