Windows 10: network disconnections

hello, i have issues with my internet. not my internet service, the whole issue revolves around my laptop. i have continous issues on internet loading. i have to refresh multiple times or a webpage to load. another issue revolves around a game i play. i lose connection in this game constantly due to internet disconnection. i found a way to keep it from disconnection it from my game . the steps i do is to do a network reset, restart computer, open game and play.. i cannot log out of the game or it will do the internet disconnection problem. i done many things to fix an issue such as clear caches, flushing DNS. none of it works.. if there is a way to reset the internet to where i can have a constant connection without disconnections that would be awesome, if anyone knows any steps for this issue please let me know.

Hmmm i've tried that it didn't seem to work still disconnected the network =\ and yeah im on xp

 

Can't remove disconnected (ghost) network device


Thanks for the suggestion, but it can't remove the NIC:




It's the only Intel I219-V that shows up in the device list of the DeviceCleaner program (it shows only non-present devices as I understand). Otherwise, the tool works - I found a ghost replica of the integrated GPU (Intel HD 530) and could remove it. Only the NIC gives this error message on removal, which is probably the reason I can't remove it the normal way through the device manager.

At this point, I suggest you to disable the power management option for the network adapter and check if it helps to resolve the issue.

• Next, to disable the setting for power management settings, expand Network Adapters, right-click on the adapter, click
  Properties, click the Power Management tab, and then clear the
  Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power check box.
