Windows 10: Network & Internet Settings will not open and crash immediately

I started experiencing this issue earlier today when I started my Windows 10 PC. It failed to start and said it encountered an error. After two tries windows finally booted up and once I was into my desktop it failed to connect to the internet. To remedy this issue I navigated to the settings menu and when I selected network and internet settings it immediately closed failed to open. Set Broadband Internet Connection Network Configuration

and check if there's any changes. To run the

W10 Settings crashes when going into Network & Internet

Same issue for me, when entering Network Settings, panel crashes. Device Manager says network devices are working but I have no network. Tried all the steps suggested in prior feed.

Hi, for test purposes please create a new user, log in as that user, boot normally and report if you can then open network & internet settings.

I assume you mean this- is that correct?

If it happened quite recently, have you considered using a System Restore point if you have one?
