Windows 10: network level 6 technician Ab Solutions

Have you ever heard of Ab Solutions, North Potomac, MD.?

I called AT&T to complain about internet being super slow they connected me to Ab Solutions. My internet problem according to Ab Solutions was the SPYWARE labeled "MEBROOT". they removed it and of course charged me $$$. Option one - ONE Time Fee, Option Two - All devices Lifetime. Are they for real???????????

Did our Epson printer get hacked?

Another question, is this on a home network or a work network? The steps @eidairaman1 listed are always a good first step. If this is on a work network you manage, I'd be much more concerned than the home one. It is possible someone is screwing with you, but malware could also be the culprit.

 

Wireless Network

Thanks for trying the steps again. It's now clear that the problem is on your router. To reconnect your laptop to the network, we suggest that you set or specify the channel of your wireless network. If you can access your router's user interface, set the
channel to either channel 1, 6, or 11. Once done, remove your WiFi network from your preferred network list, then reconnect.
