Windows 10: Network not working/ Internet keeps disconnecting when playing/steaming

Hello, I have been having this problem for around three weeks, and I have not been able to fix it. Whenever I start to play a game, go on google, or stream a game on Twitch, my Internet suddenly goes out and I cannot seem to fix it. I have watched a few videos on it, and they’re either not what I’m looking for or they do not work. I have tried updating the Netgear Wireless USB Adapter, but it won’t let me. Hopefully I can get help with this. Thank you! :

Internet disconnects frequently while playing steam games

Hey everybody

sometimes when i play or start any steam game the internet disconnects just after playing for a minutes
sometimes i replair the network connection but it takes much time so i better restart the pc
my brother uses steam and he doesnt have this problem and we're using the same connection so what is it *Bang Head :banghead: isn't there any way to fix this problem...

I get this problem on my other system some times when the system has been put in standby in windows Vista\7.

Maybe look around for updated driver for your network card.

 

Windows 10 Steam keeps randomly disconnecting from the internet?

I recently installed Windows 10 and I have steam and I play a lot of games, but my steam keeps randomly loosing connection every 3 to 5 minutes? I can still use my browsers and "Cortana" and they work fine but my steam keeps disconnecting and comes back
on every 2 minutes?! Then it will work for an hour or two but then it will do the same thing!?!?! If you could please help me I would very much appreciate it.
