Windows 10: Network Printer Error 0x00000709 after updated KB5006670 patch

Network Printer alert Error 0x000709 after updated KB5006670 patch. While I uninstall KB5006670, the printer could works as before.

I have cut out most of the rambling that was here before,

When I install a printer through a network on Windows, error

operation could not be completed 0x00000709

comes up

Unfortunately that isn't the problem. The problem lies with the machine not being able to add the network printer. It has the drivers intalled already.

It comes up with this error code;

operation could not be completed 0x00000709
