Windows 10: Network settings

My laptop always boots up saying that my wi-fi is a metered connection and asks if I want to sync anyway. I have unlimited data when using my WI-FI. How can I get this to stop asking this connection. I tried to go to the Network Settings and the question to set as a metered connection is set ON showing that clicking the switch will turn it OFF but it is not allowing me to turn off that setting. Is there anything I can do about this?

In the mean time, we suggest that you run the Network troubleshooter to diagnose and fix network problems. Refer to the steps below:

• Click on Start.
• Click on Settings.
• Click on Network & Internet.
• Under Change your network settings, click on Network troubleshooter.

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
