Windows 10: Network Share issue (NEED ASSISTANCE)

Good Afternoon,
I have recently discovered an issue that has baffled me. I support a small business that has 4 PC's that I built. The main PC resides in the manager's office and hosts a program that manages invoicing, parts ordering etc. provided by a vendor name MaxxTraxx. There are 2 PC's on the service desk that are used by the service writers. (Small auto repair business) The 4th and newest PC resides in the secretaries office. My issue is this. The Main PC can see and network to all the other PC's. The PC's at the service desk can see network to all other PC's. The PC at the secretaries desk can see all PC's on the network and connect to the service desk PC's (when I say connect it will map to shared drives) but it will not map to the drive on the main PC. I can ping the IP address of the PC with no issues, all sharing is turned on appropriately, drive permissions are set to everyone (read) I can even see media (pictures, etc) when accessing it through media player. It shows up as networked device and when you double click the window pops up and says it's inaccessible and maybe spelled wrong. I've even attempted to map it with the IP address instead of the PC name. I'm at a bit of a loss.

All PC's are running Windows 10 Pro with the latest release and updates
All attempts are made with AV and firewalls off and on with no help.

1. Are you trying to share the wireless network connection from Windows device to phone?
   
2. What is the make and model of the phone?
   
3. Which version of Windows is installed on your device?
   

Refer the article ‘Which version of Windows operating system am I running’
to provide the details.

If you’re referring to sharing the Wireless network connection in Windows 10, I suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below.

1. Press Windows + I key on your keyboard and click on Network & Internet.
   
2. On the network & Internet page, click on ‘Mobile hotspot’.
   
3. ‘Turn On’ Share my Internet connection with other devices under Mobile hotspot.
   
4. The default network name and password will be available under Mobile hotspot.
   
5. Enter the same password on the device which you’re trying to connect and check the status of the issue.

• Go to control panel
• Select Network and sharing center
• Click on Advance sharing Settings
• Click on all network
• Turn off password protected sharing
