New Behavior: Failure To Execute Power Options

    Version 1909 (18363.1082)

I've been running WinX since I got booted from my old, reliable Win 7 Pro last January, and never had a problem with Power settings until the past few weeks. It's not consistent, but often the display stays up indefinitely and the computer never sleeps. Settings have been 5' for display and 10' for sleep most of the time. I've tried re-entering these settings and I've tried running the Powercfg app with administrator privileges. The result is shown below. Any ideas?
