    Try running Chrome in incognito mode without the extensions. It's not a browser issue.

    That's because they're too ignorant(not stupid), to just set Flash Player at "Click to Play", to get rid of the annoying stuff. That other crap just slows browsing and sends browsing data to the developers/company and being an additional add-on, they are also a possible exploit attack vector, meaning an additional hole in the firewall .
