Windows 10: New Build Windows 10 freezing post latest updates July 2020

After recent patches 7/15-7/16 were installed:

• KB4565627 Can remove this, but didn't solve the issue
• KB4565503 Can't remove this
• KB4566785 Can't remove this

My PC is freezing intermittently, it has only happened 4 times so far and every time it happens i can see when it happens as the clock in the task bar stops around the time i assume it locks up.

• I can move the mouse cursor, but nothing is responsive to the clicks.
• I can hit keys on the keyboard but after 3-4 key presses no response.
• The only way to recover is to hard reset the PC.

Other notes

• I ran Memtest for good measure, but no issues
• Switch to another set of ram, but same result

I don't have "KB4557957" as i have seen several posts about it causing a similar issue, but i do have KB4565503 which notes

• 3950x Stock
• 32GB g.Skill 3600 XMP Ram no issues with Memtest
• 1080 ti stock
• 970 M.2 1tb drive

Well just noticed a pretty large one pop up coming in at 914MB, seems it makes some pretty serous updates.

Cumulative updates - July 14th 2020

Hi

After installing the Windows 10 build 2004 64bit version for the July 2020 Security patches.

I checked the Device Manager, and there is no update drivers Base System Device which indicates the Exclamation mark.

Do a search for new updates but to no available.

 

What is the latest stable build of Win10 ?
