Windows 10: New hard drive and install of windows 10

I need to install a new hard drive which is about to fail according to my diagnostic disk. I think I can install the drive, but I need to know how to reinstall windows 10 afterwards. Is there anything with detailed instructions to guide me?

Problems installing new hard drive

I suggest you to follow the steps provided below and check if it helps.

• Download and create an installation media (ISO) for Windows 10 form the link below:
  
  http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
  
• Disconnect the 1TB and 3TB Hard Drives and install Windows 10 on the SSD using the installation media by following the steps provided by Andre Da Costa in the link below:
  How to: Upgrade from Previous Versions of Windows Using Windows 10 ISO file
• Connect the External drives (1 & 3 TB) and check for status.

Installing Windows 10 on New PC?

I'm going to be building a new PC on Christmas and want to install Windows 10 on it. I have Windows 10 on my current PC, which I installed upgrading from 8.1 with the files on a USB. How do I go about installing a clean copy of Windows 10 on this new PC? I think I recall something about installing it once makes Microsoft recognize your hardware, but since this will be a PC I'm not sure what steps I need to take. Do I need to go 8.1 -> 10 or is there a method of going directly to 10?
