Windows 10: NEW HARDRIVE AND CANNOT SEPARATE GOOGLE CHROME FROM MICROSOFT EDGE!?

Hello, I just had a new hard drive installed and the data recovery person, I cannot explain why I cannot callhim right now, but before the new hard drive Google and Microsoft Edge were separate on my taskbar,now when I click the Microsoft Edge icon on my taskbar I get Google, is there away to fix this and haveboth separate like before??

Right click Google Chrome and click Uninstall

Re-install Google Chrome and check.

problem uninstalling google chrome

Since you already uninstalled Google Chrome using the Programs and Features, Google notifications may still be running in the background processes. We suggest that you follow these steps on how to end the Google Chrome process:

• On your keyboard, press Ctrl+Alt+Delete.
• Select Task Manager.
• Under Processes, locate Google Notifications or Google Chrome.
• Right click on them and select End Task.
• Double check under Programs and Features if Google Chrome is completely gone.

When in Google Chrome / internet Explorer/ Microsoft Edge i have a page containing a list of hyperlinks to jpg's in it, what i need to do is that when i click one of those hyperlinks the image to be opened with windows picture
viewer (default program selected), but instead it is opened in a new tab inside Google Chrome/ internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge. Is there any way to achieve the behavior i want ?
