Windows 10: New icons in the Windows Update screen?

Discus and support New icons in the Windows Update screen? in Windows 10 Updates and Activation to solve the problem; Suddenly I noticed 2 new tiny little icons in the lower right corner of the screen for Windows Update.     New icons in the Windows Update screen?


    Suddenly I noticed 2 new tiny little icons in the lower right corner of the screen for Windows Update. Are these new or didn't I paid attention to it all these time?

    Looks new to me though... (assistance / Feedback)

    what icons are you referring to?
    In the Windows Explorer list or desktop?

    Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.

    Hi Richard,

    To help you better provide us with the information below.

    • Which build is currently running on your computer?
    • Did you make any recent software changes on your computer?

    As an initial step I would suggest you Right click on Desktop Window> View > Check Shows desktop icons, check if the desktop icons are back on desktop.

    Check if the Icons or files are available in the My Documents>Desktop folder, check if icons are visible in the folder.

    Get back to us with the updated status of the issue for further assistance.
