Windows 10: new install, super slow.

just wondering what could be holding me up. I have 1TB m.2 drive with win10 install. was a clean install after wiping the HD. ran fast before the reinstall. I've clean booted and it runs better, but not like before. I've turned off all non necessary services, have no start up apps enabled. ive tried with out WinDefender running and its the same.

amd ryzen 7 3700x with Radeon RX 5600XT. 16gig of ddr4 ram.

again, it ran perfectly fine before this reinstall.

Super super super slow running Windows 10

I have a Samsung touch screen computer. I upgraded to Windows 10 a couple of months ago. I have Norton antivirus. A couple of weeks ago my computer started to run slow. I did a "go back to a known good date" reset. worked for a while. then started to slow
down. Now it takes over an hour from turning on computer to get to google web page. It works, but is super super slow. Do you have a suggestion to try so I dont lose my saved data. I have only got on set up (F8) once on many attempts. Thank you for any help.
