    After i get the free upgrade to windows 10, will it be activated for life?

    I have Windows 8.1 pro installed in PC. It says Windows license will expire on 24th of November 2015. If i upgrade to Windows 10 on July 29th, will the Windows be activated for life or will i need to buy a new license to activate my Windows 10? Please
    help me... thanks in advance....

    System Firmware Update - ‎23/‎07/‎2015 - Error 0x80246013

    Surface Pro 3. Windows 10 RTM.

    Once KB3074680 installed and rebooted, the following attempt to install the 23/7/2015 firmware was successful. First successful install of firmware in over 6 months
