Windows 10: New laptop setup

My new laptop setup copied some of my old data when I told it to do a clean install and didn't want any of my account data transferred. What is best way to start over? I want to use PC Mover to move everything from old laptop to new laptop and do not want to have to deal with duplicate files.

Hang on Android phone in new laptop setup

I am unable to achieve Setup without an Internet connection. It forces me to choose either to plug in a cable (doesnt exist on a laptop), or it picks the first available network on the list and forces me to enter security information. So I tried waiting
a half hour then running setup again with my own connection but I am still stuck in the same place, on the Android Phone form. It just keeps sending me the text with the link for the app. What does it want? How can I move on past this step?

 

New Laptop window 10 setup issue

Hi, i tried to setup a new laptop but in the almost last step, i accidentally close the laptop. When i re-open, i only see a screen with photo and every 1 minute it will flash something look like login info. May i know what should i do?
