Windows 10: new laptop

I have bought a new laptop for my granddaughter. I have gone through the setup procedure and put in her email address to set up a Microsoft account but because she is under 13 I have to accept the legal stuff on her behalf. however when I try to do this I get the message "that doesn't match the name on your account. Try again, or update it" everything is correct I can log into my Microsoft account ok. The new computer is now stuck at the "review the legal stuff" screen. I am unable to use it at all ,I can't get into windows cant finish the set up. I have tried phoning Microsoft help and keep getting cut off. Help?

Changing administrator for new windows 10 laptop

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

To change the Account type follow the steps.

• 
  Press Windows + X, click on User Accounts.
  
• 
  Click on change your account type.
  
• 
  Select standard account.
  

To delete the account follow the steps.

• 
  Press Windows + X, click on User Accounts.
  
• 
  Click on Manage other Account.
  
• 
  Select the user account.
  
• 
  Click on Delete the account.
  

To create the new user account follow the steps.

• 
  Press Windows + X, click on User Accounts.
  
• 
  Click on Manage other Account.
  
• 
  Click on Add A new user in PC setting.
