Windows 10: New laptop

Discus and support New laptop in AntiVirus, Firewalls and System Security to solve the problem; I use Kaspersky Free and Malwarebytes Premium and I find they work very well together, Windows Defender is not very good in comparison and is best avoided!     Hi,
    Not sure it's even possible to disable windows defender in win-10
    And if there were I'm sure 10 would be very cranky if one did disable it *Smile

    Installing another AV usually disables WD although in newest windows it remains at least passively.

    Hi,
    Yes passively lol *Smile
    Edge is seriously intertwined with WD and so is 10 in general
    It will bug the hell out of you to disable each and every item in defender
    And some will not respond to disable like smart screen filter and another one that escapes me at the moment :/
