    Sure would have saved a lot of time just to type in the Windows 8 key yourself.

    Yup a retail key could have been used directly with the new mobo - why MS support needed all that fluff, IDK - not slick at all, unnecessarily checking invoices and stuff, then using slmgr commands when "change product key" on the activation screen would have sufficed *Confused
