Is there a way to re-scan the music on my HD - Groove Music UI

Hi and thanks in advance.

(This all pertains to local music stored on a hard drive) I like the concept of the Users
Interface of Groove Music (GM) but it produces errors. For example GM will list a CD more than once and others it won't list at all. I found an added CD songs under a different album title. It's fine in my music library but not in Groove Music.

is there a way to re-scan my music.

I did a web search and tried two methods that did not work. One involved deleting temp files and GM was supposed to rebuild or re-scan the music library. Another had me open IE to view and delete the music library. I wasted a lot of time getting IE to view
library's.

Is there a way to re-scan the music on my HD or I would like to try uninstalling and reinstalling.

I feel like an old man but I hate this new UI. Its to confusing. Plus my firends list stopped working.
