    So after lots of testing I found out what the problem was.

    If anyone has a similar problem you should probably disable C-States in BIOS.

    Its already been 12 hours with C-States disabled and everything looks good again. I also tried to re-enable them to be 100% sure and the PC froze again after 2 minutes. Now I disabled them again, ran a few tests and everything looks good.
